What is it?
Biodegradable: material capable of being broken down by bacteria or other living organisms
Items that ARE compostable:
Fruit and Vegetable Scraps
All Plant-Based Milk (almond, soy, cashew, etc.)
Bread, Tortilla, Pitas
Coffee Grounds/Loose Leaf Tea
Napkins (not containing grease)
Items that ARE NOT compostable:
Meats, Bones, Fish, Dairy
